NUEVA ESPARTA - ANTONIO DIAZ/Margarite people filled the streets with Chavista joy and strength in support of President Maduro

The streets of the Antonio Díaz municipality of Nueva Esparta state were flooded by a sea of Chavista people who, at the song of life of the Revolution, expressed their support for President Nicolás Maduro and demanded the lifting of all illegal sanctions imposed by US imperialism.

“What a beautiful mobilization, how beautiful to feel the love of the people and the solidarity embrace”, were the words of the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, in the closing speech of this great mobilization that did not give way to the intense sun of the pearl of the Caribbean.

“How satisfying it is to see them and tell them here this is the Bolivarian revolution that is going for more on July 28 for the Great Popular Victory,” he said while recalling that “there are 70 days left of work of organization and preparation for combat,” so he insisted on the importance of the union of all patriots.

“Around the Revolution there is not only the PSUV but the Great Patriotic Pole (GPP) with all its allied parties, the popular forces through social movements, the ordinary Venezuelan, the grandmother, the grandfather, even the boy and the girl; there is simply Venezuela and that is why we are going to continue making Revolution,” he emphasized.

1x10 is vital

Cabello emphasized the importance of organizing the structure for the mobilization of the revolutionary vote. “The 1x10 is not a game, on the contrary, it is the most powerful element of organization for an electoral battle, and for any battle,” he said.

He insisted on seeking to ensure the fulfilment of this task. “I prefer someone to write down two, who is going to take them to vote, that they are safe, to that they go to score 20 and not lead to any,” he said, stressing that there must be “the check, the review, the follow-up, the verification.”

“If you have five, those five are going to vote and you have to make sure they're going to vote,” he said.

Alert for the defense of peace

The leader of the red awning warned of the existence of destabilizing plans of opposition extremism through violence and ignorance of the will of the People through voting.

“They already have the script ready; four or five countries will come out to say they don't recognize the result of the July 28 election. Therefore, we fear that we must prepare ourselves to fight, win and defend victory in every corner of the country. We must organize ourselves to defend the triumph of the Bolivarian Revolution,” he urged.
