Even before the elections were held on July 28, Captain Diosdado Cabello Rondón warned of the participation of the chief rector of the National Electoral Council (CNE) in plans to promote the narrative of “fraud”, led by María Corina Machado and her puppet Edmundo González Urrutia.

The opposition rector reappeared after a month, amid a large amount of rumors surrounding his figure, assuring that he has no evidence of the alleged fraud that the extreme right has wanted to sell on the electoral process.

With an ambiguous statement published on the social network X, Delpino admitted that on July 28 he decided “not to go to the totaling room and not attend the announcement of the first bulletin”, so he lacks evidence to talk about the result of that process.

However , his complicity was evident, as he washed his hands not to ratify the victory of President Nicolás Maduro, stepping aside from the position to which he was sworn in before the National Assembly.
