“Without tricks or tricks, the Deck doesn't deceive.” During the broadcast of program 506, on December 4, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello announced that the former rector of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Juan Carlos Delpino, has a plan that seeks to promote the proclamation of Edmundo González.

Cabello assured that Delpino's plan is about naming Edmundo the winner of the presidential elections of July 28, however the former rector forgets that he declared that he had no evidence of fraud, since that day of the elections he refused to go up to the Totalization Room.
