Nicolás Maduro: Rain, shine or lightning this year there will be elections!

In this year 2024, rain, shine or lightning, there will be elections as mandated by the Constitution and the People will come out to vote, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“This year the people vote, choose, regardless of what doña violencia, Antonio Ledezma and the North American empire say. In Venezuela, we Venezuelans rule,” he emphasized during the installation of the judicial year 2024.

In this regard, he stressed that if the factors of the extreme right prepare plans of violence to destabilize the country, “they will be left with the frizzy facts.”

“Once again they threaten the people to prevent, sabotage and abide by the next electoral process in 2024, which is an obligation and a constitutional mandate,” he stressed while recalling that the right wing, historically, has tried to sabotage the country's electoral processes because it does not have the popular support to guarantee them victory.
