The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, called on the Venezuelan people to turn faith into action, prayer into encounter so that the brotherhood may continue to bear fruits of peace, freedom and happiness.
“Let us increase the sincere value of our union, as true brothers and sisters of the eternal cause of humanity. May our faith become action, may our prayer become an encounter and may our brotherhood continue to bear fruits of peace, freedom and happiness,” said the president.
In addition, through a message published on his social networks, the president reflected on the spiritual legacy of Saint Francis of Assisi while thanking everyone, in Venezuela and the world, “for the true brotherhood demonstrated in this time of trial and perseverance.”
