In a message addressed to the nation, the candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simon Bolivar (GPPSB), Nicolás Maduro Moros presented the government proposal that encompasses 7 transformations for potential development.

Q5 seeks to advance the consolidation of direct democracy, with republican ethics, through a profound process of repoliticization.

The GPPSB candidate added that one of the steps is to expand the 1x10 of Good Governance. Consolidate and expand participatory and proactive democracy, a map of solutions and a concrete agenda for action.

It also covers the 5th transformation to consolidate the system of government of obediential power, with the Communes, through transfers of powers, the community cabinet and the system of popular consultation.

He also added that in the new mandate there will be zero tolerance for corruption. “Strengthen and promote accountability and public transparency mechanisms. Take back the Social Comptroller's Office, the idea of Chávez as a social control mechanism.”

Maduro added that the elimination and simplification of procedures will be carried out and the Digital Government will be developed, that is, “you cannot ask any citizen for a paper or proof that corresponds to generating it to the State”

“To constitute a modern platform that articulates and combines efforts for public service and the ethical and efficient exercise of State functions, with special attention to public servants in order to strengthen ethics, efficiency and transparency in public management,” the candidate described.
