NGO: Wolves disguised as lambs

Already a few years ago, Commander Hugo Chávez had warned of the damage done by NGOs, which are used by large empires to destabilize or attack the sovereignty of countries, while using the disguise of “solidarity”.

For this reason and with the endorsement of the Legislative Branch in the country, the Law on the Supervision, Regularization, Action and Financing of Non-Governmental and Related Organizations is being sanctioned, whose purpose is to oversee the functioning of this type of institutions that make life in the country.
