Navegantes del Magallanes is crowned champion of the Clash of Giants

This Sunday, November 10, the Navigators of Magallanes became champions of the Clash of Giants, a friendly tournament held in the city of Miami.
At the LoanDepot Park stadium, the Turkish Navy won a 4-3 victory over Puerto Rico's Criollos de Caguas.
According to information from Meridiana, Magallanes reached this stage after defeating Leones del Caracas and Estrellas Orientales from the Dominican Republic, while Puerto Ricans defeated Cangrejeros de Santurce.
Although the game began with complications for the Venezuelans, who were losing by two runs; after several innings Magallanes managed to tie the match with a double from Carlos Rodríguez who sent Tito Polo and Luis Suisbel to the road.
After nine even innings, the match went to extrainnings, where Jacob Rhinesmith hit a home run to turn the score around and bring the Filibusteros closer to the championship. Although Criollos de Caguas managed to score one more, Brett Rodríguez went high out to finish the game in Miami and give Magallanes the victory.
With this victory, Navegantes del Magallanes thus achieved their third international title, after their two Caribbean Series titles.
