National Surgical Plan benefited patients in Yaracuy

From the social network Instagram, the Minister of Popular Power for Health for Health, Magaly Gutiérrez, reported that 50 patients from the state of Yaracuy underwent surgery in different specialties through the National Surgical Plan.
The minister specified that of the total number of patients benefited, 13 people were treated for traumatology and six for arthroscopy at the Dr. Plácido Daniel Rodríguez Rivero central hospital in San Felipe. In addition, 10 infants underwent surgery in the otorhinolaryngology service of the Niño Jesús pediatric hospital, while 21 phacoemulsifications for cataracts were performed on older adults in the Yaracuy Ophthalmological Unit.
The text highlights that “we continue to make progress and provide a timely response through the National Surgical Plan in every corner of Venezuela.”
