The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, in chapter 1 of the new season of his show Con Maduro+, reiterated his complaint to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) for the blockade of 69 ships related to the nation's trade that are subject to persecution by imperialism.

“The efforts that the Vice President of the Republic Delcy Rodríguez is taking in the United Kingdom to denounce the illegal blockade of oil tankers and its implications for the Venezuelan economy leave the question, where is freedom of trade and respect for international agreements on freedom of navigation? , rebuked the Head of State in a segment of his program presented by journalist Miguel Ángel Pérez Pirela.

The National President specified that of these ships 30 are Venezuelan and the other 39 are private vessels that help Venezuela's trade in the world.

Venezuela is a country persecuted by illegal and immoral imperialist sanctions and we are fighting on all fronts, on all fields, so the complaint that the vice-president is making to the IMO is very important until this is corrected,” he said.
