National president presented national plan for the repair of museums

President Nicolás Maduro, in the 66th edition of the Arturo Michelena Hall, at the Museum of Culture of the State of Carabobo, highlighted the recovery of the Alejandro Otero Museum, located in the parish of El Valle and confirmed a list of cultural sites undergoing restoration work.

“We are engaged in extensive restoration and improvement of the country's museums,” said the national president, who called for continuing the drive to recover the Cristobal Rojas, Martín Tovar and Tovar museums in Barquisimeto, Armando Reverón in Barcelona, Anzoátegui state, Neptalí Rincón and Julio Arriaga museums in the state of Zulia.

The Head of State announced the second phase of the plan for the recovery, restoration and improvement of the national museums and the Art Gallery, which in his opinion presents significant advances in rehabilitation work.

He added the Coro museum, as well as the Jacobo Borges museum, to the list of installations to be involved.
