National president announced investigation of digital network on prostitution and human trafficking

“We are discovering and dismantling a prostitution and human trafficking network that has its seat on social networks, they are in the middle of the investigation phase,” said the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

During his Con Maduro+ program, he repudiated the use of these media to promote child prostitution and human trafficking.

He explained that the file is in the midst of an investigation by the corresponding authorities and it was noted that it is necessary to convene a working group to deal with the influence of digital platforms.
