Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) in the Donald Trump administration, retweeted in a publication that the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) had invested 53 million dollars in the EcoHealth Alliance organization, which used the funds to support research on the functions of COVID-19 in a laboratory in Wuhan, as reported Russia Today (RT) on its website.
