MPPS benefits Apure families with Love in Action Day

In order to continue offering free and quality care to the Venezuelan people, the National Public Health System (SPNS) served more than a thousand families through the Great Day of Love in Action, in the Capote sector of the Biruaca municipality, Apure state.

During the day, care was given to the adult population, women, pregnant women, young people, boys and girls with: general medicine, immunization, ultrasound and drug delivery. In addition, the National Institute of Nutrition (INN) treated boys and girls with deworming, delivery of vitamins for pregnant women, assessment of height and weight.

In the same way, more than 160 elementary and secondary school students from the E.B. Rafael Antonio Berenzuela Silva were given uniforms, bags and school supplies enjoying face painting, covers, party favors and the provision of sports kits by the Apure State Sports Foundation (FUNDEAPURE), according to the Ministry of People's Power for Health.

On the other hand, the IVSS incorporated adults into the pension system and also provided guidance to applicants regarding the delivery of documents requested by the institution.
