This Thursday, April 03, the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (MPPRIJP) confirmed the release of the criminal Daniel Blanco, alias El Danielito, lieutenant of the El Wilexis gang, by the State security agency.

“The Bolivarian Government, through the Ministry of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, informs the Venezuelan people that, within the framework of the actions taken to guarantee the peace of mind of the general population, and after an armed confrontation with police commissions in Carapita, the dangerous criminal Daniel Blanco, alias El Danielito, lieutenant of the El gang, was killed Wilexis, who served as second and had assumed the direction of the extinct organized crime group that operated in the José Félix Ribas neighborhood,” said the MPPRIJP in a statement published through its account on the social network Instagram.

In addition, in the text, the security portfolio reaffirmed the “commitment to ensure that the year 2025 is the year of the fight against structured organized crime groups and criminal gangs of any kind”.

He emphasized that the Bolivarian Government will confront those who attempt to intimidate the people and undermine the pillars of peace in the country's communities.
