MP has served 80,000 people through street justice programs

Around 80,000 people have been treated through the different street justice programs carried out by the Public Ministry.

This was stated by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, during his participation in a day of the Public Ministry “Answer Your Complaint” that took place in Plaza Los Palos Grandes in the municipality of Chacao, Miranda state.

Saab explained that in the nine previous deployments, 16,267 people were treated, of whom 900 complaints were received.

In addition, 13,774 guidelines, 869 cases have been expedited and 722 social assistance has been provided.

He explained that this initiative consists of a deployment that takes place once a month on a national scale with the presence of senior prosecutors, general managers and line managers in nerve places such as squares, schools, markets, preventive detention centers, public parking lots and shopping centers.

He also highlighted that the program the Public Ministry goes to your Community, was carried out monthly in different areas of the country, attracting the attention of a total of 62,384 people, of whom 6,928 complaints were received.

As for the program, the Ministry Visits Your Commune noted that it has treated 674 people and collected 42 complaints.

“The street justice initiatives and the various offices and fiscal offices have served a total of 2 million 745 thousand 045 people since their creation,” he said.
