More than a thousand subscribers in the state of Sucre recovered fixed telephone and Internet services during September, after maintenance and repair work carried out by CANTV technical crews in different sectors of the entity.

The work was concentrated in the municipalities of Sucre, Ribero, Benítez and Bermúdez, where low and medium capacity networks affected by deterioration were serviced, with actions in residential, commercial areas and public and private institutions.

To recover services, the technical staff laid new cables, installed protective sleeves and reconstructed splices, and other corrective and preventive tasks aimed at improving the operating conditions of the network.

During September, CANTV recorded an indicator greater than 95% of effective response to requests received through the VenApp, the 1x10 Good Governance system and the Company's regular channels.

The attention given to these reports is part of the actions carried out by CANTV to recover the affected services and maintain the operation of telecommunications networks in the communities of Sucrense.
