More than 25,000 researchers have been registered in the National Register of the Great Mission Science and Technology

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
Nicolás Maduro, announced this Thursday the registration of more than 25,800
researchers in the National Registry of the Great
Science and Technology Mission “Humberto Fernández Morán”.
During his participation in the Meeting of Women in
Science and Technology, the head of state explained that of the 25,877 registered Venezuelans
of science, 12,949 are men and 12,928 are women.
“It's a beauty, half and a half,” he said.
In this regard, she said that the average age of the total number
of registered researchers is 49 years, “already with
knowledge, professional training, degree, commitment and research project”.
“That's why I say, we are in the best position
to set great goals for the future of Venezuela from the science
of knowledge, from the creation of innovations and from
applied technology to the development of our country. We have to believe in ourselves,”
said the Venezuelan dignitary.
