This Saturday, more than 2,500 people will participate in the San Sebastián de Aragua Walk . This is a 42 kilometer day starting from El Limón to Ocumare de La Costa.

The Organizing Committee of this event decided that more than 500 officials will be deployed to protect the participants during the tour of Henri Pittier Park.

The entity's sole tourism authority, Maritza Mendoza, together with the Secretary of Prevention and Public Safety, G/D Marlon Dulcey Parada and the commander of the ZODI, G/D Ángel Balestrini, indicated that for the day to be held on January 27, there will be a road closure from 4 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. In addition, there will be 25 checkpoints along the road, which will have hydration and refreshments.

“In the event of a health emergency, eight ambulances will be available to deal with any accident that may occur, although the necessary measures have been taken to avoid any setbacks in the walk,” he said.
