More than 13,000 men and women are waiting to join UNES

A total of 13,578 men and women participate in the pre-enrollment process in the different National Training Programs offered by the National Experimental Security University (UNES), as announced by M/G Fabio Zavarise Pabón, rector of this house of studies.

In this regard, he reported in his Al Día with UNES program, broadcast through MIJP Radio Multimedia, that for this next academic year, applicants will have several stages, which will culminate with the start of classes on September 15 of this year.

Regarding the strengthening of the UNES, Zavares Pabón explained that he is close to inaugurating the Emergency and Disaster Training Center in the Aragua nucleus, which has a fire simulator for fire personnel, as well as laboratories for the treatment of collapsed and confined structures for Civil Protection personnel.

Regarding the strengthening of academic capacity at the National Experimental Security University (UNES), according to a press release from the Interior, Justice and Peace portfolio, M/G Fabio Zavarise Pavón stressed that “this week the chair of Artificial Intelligence anchored to citizen security begins, in all offices nationwide and will be led by the deputy Gustavo Villapol”.

In the same way, the highest authority of this house of studies invited the officials of the different public security bodies that have a technical-scientific project to present it. “We invite professionals to go to the UNES headquarters in Caracas, where we have the Center for Scientific Innovation for the development of these projects,” he said.
