More than 11,500 officials deployed to protect religious temples and public spaces

More than 11,500 officials from the capital's Comprehensive Defense Operational Zone are deployed in religious temples, roads and public spaces as part of the Safe Holy Week 2025 device.

According to what was published by the Venezolana de Televisión (VTV) web portal, the Deputy Minister of Prevention, Public Security and Peace Quadrants, G/D Endes Palencia, stressed that the operation is also to protect devotees who visit the Basilica of Santa Teresa this Wednesday.

The Deputy Minister invited the population to live Holy Week with peace of mind and to trust the work of the security forces.

This deployment includes 1,500 motorcycles, 420 patrols and 35 ambulances with the objective of ensuring the safety and free movement of citizens.
