The ambassador permanent representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations (UN), Samuel Moncada, assured that “interventionist plans against the country have been developed over the past 30 years.” This was stated by the forum US Intervention in Our Electoral System as a Coup d'Etat Technique, which took place this Friday afternoon with the participation of specialists and the general public, where he specified that the photos of the opposition's minutes were “pirated” to create dissatisfaction.

In his words, he specified that “the US plan has been in the works for years and can be verifiable, each and every one of the actions they have carried out. Everything is verifiable because they have been public knowledge.”

Moncada stressed that the United States has used its techniques to seek to “sing fraud” in the country in electoral processes and thus initiate a series of violent events that result in a coup d'etat. He stressed that the photos of the records used by the opposition to indicate that there was fraud in the country were part of “piracy”, which were only intended to be used to create a climate of dissatisfaction and how the entire system is a psychological operation against the country.
