Monagas seasoners will have 4,530 employees for their protection

A total of 4,530 security forces will be deployed in Monagas state during the 2025 carnival season.


G/D Romerl Enrique Romero Domínguez, commander of the Zodi 52 Monagas, who during the security deployment, specified that 1,650 troops are planned to be deployed in the municipality of Maturín to protect their own and visitors.

This season's security deployment includes officers in all 59 resorts, in addition to a command post with all regional and municipal institutions to deal with any emergency.

Romero Domínguez was accompanied by the Secretary of Public Security, Colonel Eduardo Alberto Almérida Padrón; the head of the Zone 51 Command of the Bolivarian National Guard, Brigadier General Juan Leonardo Yusti Pérez and the regional director of the Bolivarian National Police, Colonel Antonio Pérez Luis.
