Miranda promotes political-ideological formation from the territorial bases of the PSUV

The Bolivarian state of Miranda is consolidated as the vanguard in the deployment of the Political-Ideological Training System, structured under the cascade method of formation and promoted under the strategic guidelines of General Francisco Ameliach, National Secretary for Formation of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV).

This important meeting with the municipal formators was accompanied by the Deputy to the National Assembly for Circuit 1 of the Bolivarian State of Miranda, Carolys Pérez, in her role as head of Ideological Formation of the PSUV for the Capital Region (which includes the Capital District, La Guaira and Miranda), as well as the presence and participation of the National List Deputy Juan Romero.

This day constitutes the starting point for multiplying knowledge in a systematic way, ensuring that ideological debate and doctrinal formation flow directly from the political leadership to the territorial bases.

Inspired by the methodology of Commander Hugo Chávez, who conceived training as a living tool for awareness-raising and popular organization, this strategy takes as its fundamental doctrinal references the Blue Book, as a philosophical compass and historical project of the Bolivarian Revolution, and the Red Book, as the organizational guide of the PSUV. These theoretical pillars underpin the continuous construction and defense of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

The immediate goal of the municipal deployment is the opening and consolidation of Municipal Classrooms, spaces for debate and pedagogical interaction that integrate youth, social movements and community leaders in a leading way. These classrooms will function as multiplier nodes to trigger the territorial phase: the activation of the UBCH Classrooms, ensuring that each Bolívar-Chávez Battle Unit is transformed into a permanent school of political-ideological formation, awareness and revolutionary action in each Mirandina community.
