MIRANDA - PAZ CASTILLO//President Maduro: Chávez's greatest contribution to the world is to have territorial socialism

The creation of territorial socialism, communal councils and communes as the basis of people's power is the greatest contribution of the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez, to world socialism, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

During an activity with the inhabitants of Santa Lucia, Paz Castillo municipality in Miranda state, he emphasized that these popular organizations are the bases on which the historic project he received from Commander Chávez is supported and that he is still carrying out.

On the other hand, the Head of State reported the completion of the construction of 4 wells to ensure the supply of drinking water to the inhabitants of this town.

“The 4 wells we were building are finished. In 15 days we have the Guereguere pumping operation operational and in 15 days these 4 wells will be benefiting 12,000 inhabitants of Santa Lucía,” he said.
