The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, ruled that on July 28, the Venezuelan people will decide whether it will be a colony or free and sovereign.

“Sunday, July 28, is the meeting of the Homeland and there we will decide if we are going to be a colony or a free, sovereign homeland, to be a slave or rebel and free people,” he said in Santa Lucía, in the municipality of Paz Castillo, in the state of Miranda, where the communities confirmed their full support for their re-election.

He added that next July 28, it is decided whether the People are still in power, “it is a historic decision, on which the future of the entire 21st century depends.”

Venezuela is going to have an overwhelming victory, we are going to beat up those patarucos who want to sell the Homeland,” he emphasized.

He invited the people to take to the streets once the electoral process ends on July 28, to celebrate the victory, “with joy and in peace”.

The head of state also reminded the Venezuelan people that this Sunday, June 30, “we are going to reheem, a general rehearsal.”
