A total of 28 apartments in the Santa Eduvigis housing estate in Los Palos Grandes, Leoncio Martínez parish in the Sucre municipality, in Petare, are being rehabilitated through the Venezuela Renace Plan.

According to information broadcast by the State channel, Venezolana de Televisión, the president of the Plan, Jacqueline Faria, stressed that the technical deployment made it possible to remove the masonry, frieze and paint areas of the affected houses in Residencias Primavera.

“Behind every door there is a family that today can look back at their home with peace of mind,” he said, while reiterating the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to restore tranquility and stability to Venezuelan homes.

“For his part, the person responsible for the inspection of the Residencias Primavera building, Pedro Monsalve, explained that a comprehensive approach was carried out to masonry and dividing walls in the 28 buildings serviced, in addition to ensuring that the works certify the physical stability and full habitability of each structure for the benefit of the Mirandino owners,” the channel reported.
