Miranda: 14 schools in Acevedo receive equipment

More than 5 thousand students benefit from this action

A total of 14 educational institutions in the municipality of Acevedo, in the state of Miranda, received equipment, real estate material and implements to strengthen academic activity in these primary and secondary schools.

According to information issued by the Government, the equipment consists of industrial kitchens, pot kits, freezers, tables, chairs, blackboards, teaching tables with chairs, and other supplies.

The delivery was given by the vice-governor of the Barloventeño axis, Miguel Marín, who was accompanied by the Secretary of Education, Rosa Becerra; the president of the Institute of Infrastructure Works and Services of the state Miranda (Inframir), Elio Junior Serrano; and by the mayor, José Miguel Oliveros.

This action was made possible thanks to the request made through the 1x10 Good Governance system, and will benefit more than 5 thousand students.

In addition, 160 educational institutions in the Barloventeña jurisdiction received 3,200 LED bulbs, granted by the Foundation for Buildings and Educational Endowments (FEDE).
