MINTUR shares requirements for the National Tourism Registry of entrepreneurs

Through the social network X, the Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism (MINTUR) shared the requirements for opting for the National Tourism Registry (RTN) to entrepreneurs.

According to the MINTUR publication, those interested in registering must provide the following requirements: National Tourism Registration Application Form, National Entrepreneurship Registry document, current Tax Information Register (RIF) of the venture, the entrepreneur's RIF, proof of payment for fees equivalent to three tax units.

In the same way, the precautions described in the first phase must be presented in physical form, in a brown folder with a hook, with a label that identifies the project on the outside, to the General Directorate of Registrations and Licenses, located in La Floresta, Caracas.

The National Tourism Registry will be valid for the time remaining until the end of the validity of the National Entrepreneurship Registry. Once this period has elapsed, it may be revoked if the venture does not comply with the formalization described in article 17 of the Law for the Promotion and Development of New Enterprises.
