Ministry of Transportation announces closure of Troncal 10 in Bolívar state to repair edge fault

The Ministry of People's Power for Transportation reported that a section of Troncal 10, in Bolivar state, will be completely closed in order to repair an edge fault.
Through a statement published on his social networks, he explained that the damage is located 2 kilometers from the mayor of Sierra Lema, in the direction of the Gran Sabana and the temporary closure will be maintained for a continuous period of 24 hours, from Wednesday, October 07, 2026 at 6:00am to Thursday, October 08 at 6:00am.
He also clarified that the vehicle restriction measure will cover the route between Kilometer 88 and the Sierra Lema.
The Transport portfolio urged drivers and institutions that travel through this important road artery in the south of the country to take appropriate forecasts during the development of the works, aimed at ensuring smoother and safer mobility.
