The Ministry of Industries and National Production (MPPIPN), through the Venezuelan Intermediate Industries Corporation (CORPIVENSA), has succeeded in reactivating the VENCARTÓN plant and its cardboard box production line, marking a significant milestone for the national manufacturing sector.

In the first phase of this reactivation, the plant located in Mariara, Carabobo state, resumes operations with renewed impetus, starting the manufacturing process of 2,500 corrugated cardboard boxes, the ministerial body reported on its website.

It points out that the plant will also manufacture its different products to be offered to the domestic industry, accompanied by their respective 2,500 separator hives in micro-corrugated material, intended for the packaging of the renowned mouthpiece bottles of the company VENVIDRIO.

This reactivation underlines the strategic vision of strengthening the capacity of the domestic industry with its own muscle, to meet the demands of the domestic market with high quality products.

In addition, VENECARTÓN has completed the production of samples in various formats of micro-corrugated cardboard boxes for Caribe Ceramics.

This initiative seeks certification by private companies, paving the way for future purchase orders that will allow Ceramics Caribe to replace the import of its packaging, thus strengthening the national production chain and generating a positive impact on the country's economy.

This reactivation is the result of the unwavering commitment of the Bolivarian Government, led by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, and the coordinated work of the MPPIPN.

This achievement reaffirms the policy of boosting Venezuelan industries, promoting self-sufficiency and sustainable economic development.
