Ministry of Health evaluated modernization plan in 48 health centers in the country

The authorities of the Hospital Buildings and Equipment Foundation (FUNDEEH) of the Ministry of Popular Power for Health, confirmed the progress of the Dr. José Gregorio Hernández Hospital Infrastructure Rehabilitation Plan, in all 48 health centers in the country after holding a meeting to evaluate this program that seeks to rescue, modernize and optimize the public hospital network.
Through their social networks, it was detailed that during the meeting, the progress of the recovery work of the Concepción Palacios Maternity Hospital in Caracas, which already exceeds 65%, was verified.
In this health center, tasks include the recovery of the emergency area, hospitalization and delivery rooms, health infrastructure work, and the comprehensive rehabilitation of more than 200 bathrooms.
Work is also being done on the incorporation of a shelter, intended to provide temporary housing to women who come from other regions of the country or who need to remain in the care center due to complications.
This plan focuses on the progressive intervention of 48 priority health centers distributed throughout the country, thus seeking to strengthen medical care and improve hospital conditions.
The initiative, led by the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, seeks to optimize operational, clinical and general care areas for the benefit of the Venezuelan population.
With this joint effort, the Bolivarian Government is strengthening specialized medical care for women and newborns in the country.
