Ministry of Health benefits Guárico patients with the National Surgical Plan

Through a special day, the Ministry of People's Power for Health treated 243 patients from Guárico through the National Surgical Plan. The beneficiaries underwent surgery for sterilization, gallbladder, inguinal and umbilical hernias, warts, lipomas and hysterectomy.
In a press release from the ministerial portfolio, it is reported that the surgical sessions took place for five consecutive days at the Dr. Rafael Zamora Arévalo hospital, where people from the municipalities of Chaguaramas, Juan José Rondón, El Socorro and Santa María de Ipire were treated.
Among the surgeries performed, about 30 respond to requests formalized through the VenApp of the 1×10 Good Governance system. The patients were previously recruited and treated completely free of charge by multidisciplinary teams of surgeons, resident doctors and nurses, who were later admitted to the ward.
