A total of 1540 medicines were dispensed free of charge during a social protection deployment that took over the spaces of the sports court in the La Lagunita sector, in the Francisco de Miranda parish, in the state of Aragua.
The information was released by Nora Avilez, regional director of conferences, who explained that the operation was primarily aimed at recruiting and protecting 54 older adults in the area, managing to expand health services to 19 other inhabitants of different ages for a consolidated of 73 citizens served.
The medical-care day guaranteed the execution of 105 specialized clinical consultations distributed in the areas of geriatrics, general medicine and disability consultation.
