Ministry of Food guarantees food supply in hospitals in La Guaira

In order to guarantee all the nutrition of patients who are being treated in the hospital network of the state of La Guaira, seven health centers were supplied with food to deal with the contingency situation caused by the earthquakes that occurred last June 24.

The Minister of Popular Power for Food, M/G Carlos Leal Tellería, offered the information through his social networks, where he said that health centers are supplied with food such as “protein, food and fruits, vegetables and vegetables to guarantee the sacred human right to food”.

The management, which has been carried out through the National Institute of Nutrition, will allow patients' diets to have nutritional recommendations that contribute to the preparation of foods called “4S”, corresponding to Healthy, Tasty, Safe and Sovereign foods.
