Ministries of Education and Science come together in a teacher training plan

This Tuesday, January 28, a joint directory will be held between the ministries of Education and Science and Technology with a view to strengthening the Special Plan for Teacher Training, said the head of the educational office, Héctor Rodríguez.
During the reinauguration -this Monday- of the Adolfo Navas Coronado School, in the Baruta municipality of Miranda state, and accompanied by the Minister of Science and Technology, Gabriela Jimémez, the minister said: “We are going to work together to have the best education, don't have the slightest doubt about that, it's a difficult battle but we are going to achieve it, and in that we are making an effort to ensure that teachers are permanently trained, to update their knowledge and to raise management levels”.
Rodríguez urged parents, representatives and the community to take up the task of education.
According to a press release from the Education portfolio, the Special Teacher Training Plan, which began last September, consists of six areas: Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Reading and Writing, and School Management.
