Through the social network X, the Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Ernesto Villegas, reported that the Museum of Fine Arts of Caracas was reopened, after a profound intervention on its facilities, on instructions from the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.

He stressed that the intervention of these spaces was carried out by the Executive Vice Presidency of the Republic, which kept the place closed for about six months for these works.

For his part, the director of the Museum of Fine Arts, Zacarías García, indicated that they already have the possibility of opening to the general public, which now has a Latin American art room, where part of the collection of this type is kept in the venue.
