Minister Posani: Urbanismos Ciudad Tiuna and Los Guayos will incorporate new housing

The Minister of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing, Paola Posani, announced that two thousand additional homes are planned to be incorporated into the Renacer urban development, located in the Los Guayos sector of Valencia, Carabobo state.

“We are going to have a lot more housing” in Ciudad Tiuna, located in Caracas, he said in an interview with Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

He reported that “when we talk about Renacer urban planning, which is in Los Guayos in Valencia, we delivered 88 homes there; we are going to have another new delivery this year, but for next year we are planning two thousand homes in that area”.

He also noted that future constructions in Tiuna City will integrate a complete urban design that will include parks, green spaces and schools.

In another geographical area, the minister announced the forthcoming conclusion of the recovery work in the Mare Abajo I residential complex, located in the state of La Guaira.

Posani said that “the minimum goal of four thousand homes is going well; almost all the works have already started, we are improving them, redesigning them in many cases, and that allows us to think about the issue of planning”.
