Minister Padrino López honored the management of the vice-ministries of Education and Services of the FANB

The Deputy Ministry of Education of the Ministry of Defense constitutes an entity that promotes the new conception of Venezuelan military thinking, with a holistic, humanistic and integrative vision, constituting teaching as the spearhead in terms of training and training human talent for the Integral Defense of the Nation, said the head of the defense portfolio, G/J Vladimir Padrino López.

In a statement issued this Wednesday, the senior military official highlighted the work that this office, together with the Deputy Ministry of Services, carries out for the defense of our territory and to guarantee the operational readiness of the FANB.

In this regard, in the aforementioned statement, Padrino López congratulated the management of these vice-ministries, on the occasion of the commemoration of the 16th anniversary of their creation.

As part of the continuous evolutionary process of the FANB to adapt to the profound changes of the Venezuelan State within the framework of the Bolivarian Revolution, on March 12, 2009, the vice-ministries of Education and Defense Services were created: agencies that have strengthened the structure of the highest administrative body in the defense sector, demonstrating from its genesis, the commitment and the will to achieve the greatest possible effectiveness in the military organization.

The Vice Ministry of Education stands as an entity that promotes the new conception of Venezuelan military thought, with a holistic, humanistic and integrative vision, constituting teaching as the spearhead in terms of the formation and training of human talent for the Integral Defense of the Nation.

For its part, the Vice-Ministry of Services, through the synergy and complementarity of its affiliated entities and bodies, manages logistics policies aimed at the well-being of personnel, with emphasis on the military health subsystem, making a decisive contribution to increasing operational capacity.

On the sixteenth anniversary of these important dependencies, I would like to congratulate the enormous number of women and men who shape and energize them with the dedicated work they do every day: in a very special way to Major Generals Omar Enrique Pérez La Rosa and Jose Alfredo Rivera Bastardo, who, with loyalty, honesty and exceptional leadership, lead them along the path of success and virtue, irreducibly committed to the development of our beloved Homeland.
