From the Bolivarian University of Venezuela, in Caracas, the Minister for University Education, Sandra Oblitas, assured that the Debate of the Plan for the Recovery and Transformation of Venezuela with the 7T will allow us to know “what we are doing and what we are going to do”.

“We are here to respond to President Nicolás Maduro's call for us to talk about the seven transformations of Venezuela,” said the Minister.

Oblitas recalled that during the Government of the Fourth Republic, the exclusion of high school graduates reached 92%, that is, “only 8% of young people who came out of high school entered university”.

He also claimed to have the statistics that confirm that the “biggest milestone of university inclusion during the Fourth Republic was 30%”.

In this regard, the Minister stressed that thanks to policies implemented by the Bolivarian Government, “today we can say that 100% of high school graduates enter the University.”
