Through the social network X, the Minister of Popular Power for Communication, Freddy Ñáñez, denied the president of Panama, José Raúl Mulino, about the information he released about the alleged closure of Venezuelan airspace ahead of the presidential elections.

What this mequetrefe @JoseRaulMulino says is false. Venezuelan airspace is not closed, which does not mean that the country is exposed to foreign interference. Venezuela is respected!” , he noted.

For his part, the Minister of Popular Power for Transport, Ramón Velásquez, confirmed the information, stressing that the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics (INAC) is operating normally.

“Currently, on Flight Radar, you can see the 3 Copa Airlines flights operating in Venezuelan airspace,” he said, referring to the false information released by the Panamanian president.
