Minister Héctor Silva praised the work of basic business workers

From the Retention Furnace and Ingot Wheel No. 3 in the CVG Venalum Casting Area, the Minister of Ecological Mining Development and Basic Industries and president of the Venezuelan Corporation of Guyana (CVG), Héctor Silva, held a meeting with the working class of basic companies to reinforce the commitment to the well-being and productive development of the region.
During the meeting, the work of all those members of the different basic companies in Guiana was recognized, and the role of those who, from the production areas, sustain industrial activity and contribute to the economic development of the Bolivar state was highlighted.
Minister Silva highlighted the sense of belonging that workers have towards their institutions: “I am sure that the love that I see today on the face of each one of you, that love for the company, that love for colleagues, that love for what we do, will prevail.”
He also pointed out that the continuous progress is “thanks to the work of this true working class, because you do represent the Corporation. You represent what Guiana really is, what Guyanese women and men are.”
It also confirmed the holding of the traditional Inter-Company Sports Games in Guiana, a sports and integration initiative expected by the working class, which promotes love for sports and healthy leisure.
