Minister Diosdado Cabello met with CANTV board

This Tuesday, February 25 , the Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, held a working meeting with the board of directors of the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV).

In this regard, during the meeting, the CANTV board listed the achievements that have been achieved to keep the Venezuelan people informed, including the replacement of 35,322 kilometers of optical fiber in the transport network, 348,336 optical ports, 143 installed OLT terminals and more than 36,000 installed services of different types.

In addition, its members specified that, so far, CANTV has 2 million fixed telephone services and already has 32,645 television services installed. At the same time, they noted that 131,000 users have been modernized for high-speed internet, which is expected to reach 7 million families.

In this way, the directors of the telecommunications company reaffirmed CANTV's commitment to continue bringing the best service to Venezuelans in every corner of the country.
