Minister Ceballos promotes more than 2,100 firefighters to the immediate higher rank

From the La Carlota Air Base facilities in Miranda state, the Sectorial Vice President for Public Security and Peace, AJ. Remigio Ceballos Ichaso, made the immediate rise to the upper hierarchy of 2,196 men and women in blue in the country.

“At the national level, we have promoted the companions in recognition of their selflessness, sacrifice, courage and effort to save lives, protect and guarantee the comprehensive prevention of our people,” said Ceballos Ichaso.

In this regard, he reported on the provision of materials, the recovery of vehicles and the delivery of motorcycles to the country's different fire departments, in order to strengthen the work of firefighters and firefighters in the different fields of action.

Also, during the commemoration of National Firefighters Day, marked by the 87th anniversary of the creation of the first fire department in Venezuela, the experts demonstrated flame-extinguishing in the urban area, with the support of an aeronautical team.

“Today, the different fire departments in the country have an impressive training, with very high academic training levels, which allows them to face any emergency and calamity,” said the Admiral in Chief.

Among the decorations awarded to the staff, the Order of Peace in its only class, the Bolivarian National Firefighter's Cross and the Heroes of Tacoa Award, the latter also awarded to the citizen minister, stand out.
