The Sectorial Vice President of Public Security and Peace, Remigio Ceballos, led the meeting with the purpose of dictating the strategic lines for the deployment of the Happy and Safe Carnivals 2024.
The information was released by the Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, in his account on the social network X, in which he specified that the meeting with the authorities of the Sectorial Vice Presidency for Citizen Security and Peace, was held in the Simon Bolivar Hall at the National Experimental University of Security (UNES).
He stressed that “together with the @VSeguridadYPaz authorities, the strategies of the Great Peace Quadrants Mission were reviewed, to consolidate comprehensive prevention for life and peace in this environment.”
“During the meeting, in matters of public order, the ministerial team was instructed to strengthen strategies and methods that allow a greater range of action, for the maintenance of peace,” he said.
In addition, Ceballos ordered that the early warning system be kept active to provide the necessary attention to the different emergencies that arise, especially in the coming dry period.
