Minister Bautista provided direct care to the families of Lara's prisoners

The Minister of People's Power for the Correctional Service, VA. Celsa Bautista Ontiveros, provided direct care to the families of those deprived of their liberty who are in the Fénix Lara Penitentiary Community.

“From our main value, such as the humanization and strengthening of the constitutional rights of those deprived of their liberty, we have taken care of their mothers and other family members who were in the Fénix Lara Penitentiary Community,” Minister Bautista reported through her social networks.

He also stressed that he received requests and concerns to be managed in accordance with constitutional supremacy, “just as we talked about the normality with which this prison is.”

In another publication, he highlighted that they carried out an inspection of the entire infrastructure of this prison in the state of Lara, in addition to holding a working meeting with prison officials, in which they evaluated the programs being developed to guarantee the human rights of the prison population.
