This Thursday, March 14, the Ministry of Popular Power for Culture (MINCULTURA) launched the new National Network of Theater Spectators, with the main objective of promoting the integration of the local community with the theatrical world, to open a space for active participation and the formation of a critical perception of dramatic art.

This was announced by the Deputy Minister of Popular Power for Culture, Karen Millán, who led the activity that took place at the Alberto de Paz y Mateo Theater in Caracas.

Also, according to information from Venezolana de Televisión, during the activity, Millán highlighted the importance of this project.

“The National Theater Spectators Network allows us many things, including training us in the critical perception of this theatrical art. But it's also an open invitation to all users to actively participate, not just those who regularly attend the theater,” he said.

For his part, the general director of the National Theater Company, Carlos Arroyo, stressed that with this project “we are going to create a shared value. The fundamental objective is to generate added value for theater spectators, in collaboration with communities, unions, institutions and other interest groups.”
