The president of Argentina, Javier Milei, is the closest thing you can appreciate to dementia as a person, because listening to him speak, in addition to generating concern for the future of the people, makes you laugh at every crazy thing he says.

Milei's speeches are not only full of fascist expressions, but they also result in contradictions that end up leaving him in ridicule.
