Michelle Delgado: We are the generation that will carry forward our Bolivarian Revolution

In the act of acceptance of Nicolás Maduro's candidacy by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), the revolutionary youth reiterated their loyalty and commitment to fight with the leader of victory and with the Bolivarian Revolution.

In this regard, Michelle Delgado of the Bolivarian Student Organization, specified that today's youth are formed and advanced together with the head of state and receive their homeland from the hands of “ generations that come from the struggle of many sacrifices, but above all generations that come full of victories”.

“This younger generation has to celebrate the three-hundredth anniversary of the birth of Generalissimo Francisco de Miranda and in 2050 this generation will carry the flags of struggle (...) we are the ones who will carry forward our Bolivarian Revolution, we are the ones who will carry on the legacy of Commander Chávez and the legacy of our Liberator Simon Bolivar”.

Delgado said that the Bolivarian Revolution is the one that has provided opportunities to young people, it is “where opportunities have been provided to students, where students have been able to express themselves (...) Today and we will always accompany you (Nicolás Maduro), we are going to defend you and today and always we will want you as our candidate; the young candidate who defends, who protects and who takes students to a safe haven, who brings a safe haven to the young people of Venezuela, which brings a safe haven to the elderly, the disabled and to the entire Venezuelan people”.
