Members of the justice system review more than 2,000 cases in the Capital region

Members of the justice system carry out working groups to deal with more than 2,000 cases of prisoners in Caracas, Miranda and La Guaira.

According to a press release from the Ministry of Interior, Justice and Peace, more than 200 officials from the Public Ministry, National Assembly, Public Defense, Ministry of People's Power for the Penitentiary Service and the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) participate in these working groups.

In addition, in the above-mentioned text, it was indicated that in the coming days these working groups will be held in the different states of the country, in order to guarantee timely responses to each case and that those deprived of their liberty are transferred to the corresponding places of detention.
